Welcome to Land's End

A secluded lakefront hideaway, Land's End can accommodate up to 28 guests in 13 bedrooms
.  It can be rented in its entirety or as two separate facilities to two non-related groups or families.  Each facility has its own private docks for swimming and boat tie-up.

Located on the east side of 32-mile-long Lake George, called "Queen of America's lakes," Land's End is one mile south of Huletts Landing, New York within the Adirondack Park.  It is sited on two private acres with 278 feet of lakefront.

Views from the site are dramatic.  Ten miles of undeveloped shoreline extend to the south, low-density summer homes are to the north and State forest is to the east.  Across the lake to the west is the Adirondack Park, highlighted by the Tongue Mountain range, which rises abruptly from the lake.  Width of the lake at the site is about one mile with undeveloped islands midway across.

The entire property is comprised of four cottage-like accommodations.  The four-bedroom 1876 House and the two-bedroom Guest Lodge comprise one facility and are usually rented together.  The five-bedroom Horse Barn and the two-bedroom Boat House comprise the other facility and are also usually rented together.

All  four cottages have well-equipped kitchens and wonderful porches or decks overlooking  lake and mountains.  There are sandy-bottom swimming areas good for children.  There are tall white pines and hemlocks rooted in beds of vibrant green ferns accented by wildflowers.

Privacy between the cottages has been a paramount consideration.  There is peace and quiet with private spots where guests can pause, take stock and renew themselves.  This is an exceptional environment for family recreation and renewal in a magnificent setting of natural beauty.
